Kids Manager, Club Operations & Programs
Overview
Owns day to day organization, operation, and supervision of Kids programs at the club. Drives department performance to meet revenue goals, delivers safe and engaging activities, and promotes member value. Leads a team to deliver high quality service and grow Kids memberships. The role sits within Life Time Phoenix, collaborating with membership sales and club leadership to deliver exceptional family experiences.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with members and families to drive engagement
- 2Plan, organize, and execute special events to increase attendance and program value
- 3Oversee department budget and monitor program revenue to hit targets
- 4Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Assistant(s) and Supervisor(s) while ensuring consistent quality
- 5Partner with membership sales to acquire and retain Kids memberships
- 6Market, promote, and sell Kids programs throughout the club and community
- 7Lead day-to-day operations ensuring safety and member satisfaction
- 8Measure program outcomes and implement process improvements for efficiency
- 9Ensure compliance with first aid, CPR/AED certifications within required timelines
- 10Support inclusive, equitable, and welcoming club environment for families
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 22 years of management or supervisory experience
- 32 years of managing financials of a department in a profit & loss environment
- 4Successfully complete and pass Kids Manager Certification
- 5First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
