Overview
Lead children through a range of activities at Life Time in Phoenix with a focus on safety and fun for ages 3-13. You will facilitate rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games, and nutrition education within themed activities. You’ll work with a team to create engaging experiences and promote events to boost participation and revenue. This role emphasizes a positive attitude, professionalism, and hands-on safety in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build engaging activity experiences for groups of up to 10 children aged 3-13
- 2Lead organized arts and crafts, singing, sports, and games while maintaining safety standards
- 3Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue
- 4Manage supplies, snacks, and drinks within department budget
- 5Maintain cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety
Requirements6
- 11 year of related experience
- 2First Aid within 60 days of hire
- 3Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire
- 4Ability to tolerate loud noises
- 5Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and climb ladders
- 6Ability to work evenings and weekends
