Kids Events Team Member Washington DC Contract
Overview
Lead children through activities at Life Time in Washington DC. Provide safe fun with nutrition education. Manage groups of up to 10 children ages 3-13. Ensure cleanliness and promote events for higher participation. This role differs by focusing on child engagement and safety.
What You'll Do10
- 1Engage children in arts and crafts singing sports activities games while maintaining safety
- 2Lead groups promoting nutrition education and themed activities
- 3Demonstrate courtesy service cooperation hospitality sensitivity and professionalism
- 4Maintain activity cleanliness order to ensure safety
- 5Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue
- 6Follow department budget for supplies snacks and drinks
- 7Ensure compliance with CPR AED requirements within first 60 days
- 8Work evenings and weekends as needed
- 9Provide hourly wage starting at $17.25 up to $21.50
- 10Manage child interactions fostering positive attitudes
Requirements8
- 11 year of related experience
- 2Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- 3Ability to tolerate loud noises
- 4Frequent standing walking using hands objects tools ladders
- 5Ability to climb ladders
- 6Work evenings and weekends
- 7Pay must meet legal requirements for full-time team members
- 8Commitment to inclusive workplace policies
