What You'll Do7

  • 1Design and lead daily fitness sessions for children ages 5–13, using games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate challenges.
  • 2Build a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and active participation.
  • 3Adapt activities to different skill levels, ensuring every child is engaged and challenged.
  • 4Communicate with parents and camp staff about daily activities and child progress.
  • 5Enforce safety rules and respond to any incidents, following CPR/First Aid protocols.
  • 6Maintain equipment and organize supplies for each session.
  • 7Serve as a role model, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and dependable leadership.

Requirements7

  • 11+ years experience working with children ages 5–13 in a group setting.
  • 2CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before camp starts.
  • 3Background in coaching, physical education, youth sports, fitness, gymnastics, or martial arts.
  • 4Ability to lead high-energy activities and maintain a fun, positive atmosphere.
  • 5Strong communication skills with children, parents, and camp staff.
  • 6Reliable and punctual for afternoon sessions on weekdays.
  • 7Passion for inspiring kids to move, learn, and have fun.
