What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a fun and safe weekly sports practice for kids ages 5-10
- 2Teach fundamentals through game-filled lessons
- 3Ensure safety and reliability by arriving on time weekly
- 4Attend orientation training in person
- 5Interact positively with parents teachers and staff
- 6Set up and clean up before and after classes
- 7Coordinate with partner schools and community locations
- 8Maintain accurate attendance records
- 9Communicate via email and phone with ANTS and stakeholders
- 10Demonstrate patience and enthusiasm for youth development
- 11Deliver consistent programming aligned with program goals
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years playing or coaching experience preferred
- 2Valid background check clearance
- 3Ability to pass TB screening within 4 years
- 4Reliable transportation to coaching sites
- 5Availability for multiple shifts throughout season
