You will own soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 across Marin County, bringing Soccer Shots' curriculum to life. You'll join a team of coaches in San Rafael, Corte Madera, and Sausalito, with schedules built around your availability. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field set-up and take-down in Marin County locations.
- 2Bring Soccer Island alive with enthusiasm and creativity in every 30-45 minute session.
- 3Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- 4Utilize the Soccer Shots' expert-created curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
- 5Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- 6Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers at each site.
- 7Commit to a ten-week season, maintaining reliability and punctuality for all scheduled sessions.
- 8Set up and break down equipment for each session, ensuring safety and readiness.
