What You'll Do9
- 1Partner with the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition to manage interview logistics and ATS accuracy
- 2Create AI-powered workflows to automate talent acquisition tasks
- 3Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and serve as primary candidate contact
- 4Maintain Greenhouse ATS records ensuring data integrity for pipeline tracking
- 5Support hiring managers with day-to-day logistics and interview preparation
- 6Assist with sourcing and resume review for open positions
- 7Track recruiting metrics and generate reports for TA and People Ops teams
- 8Onboard new hires in partnership with People Operations
- 9Identify workflow improvements to enhance candidate experience during scaling
Requirements7
- 11+ years experience in recruiting operations or HR coordination
- 2Familiarity with AI tools and workflow creation
- 3Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones effectively
- 4Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 5Proficiency in ATS platforms like Greenhouse
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
