Junior Property Manager, Commercial Real Estate & Yardi
Overview
You will own day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Class A & B suburban office properties across Fort Washington, Horsham, Bensalem, and Lehigh County, PA. Reporting to a Property Manager, you will handle financial reporting, tenant relations, and vendor oversight. You will work with Yardi or MRI to track budgets, CAM reconciliations, and accruals. This role offers a path to Property Manager with a real estate investment firm.
What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare monthly accruals, reclasses, and variance reports using Yardi or MRI.
- 2Assist with budget preparation and CAM reconciliations for the portfolio.
- 3Oversee tenant invoicing and rent collection, and resolve discrepancies.
- 4Direct site personnel, including training and performance reviews.
- 5Coordinate office tours, move-ins, and move-outs with tenants.
- 6Administer a preventative maintenance work order system, such as Kardin or Angus.
- 7Implement a tenant and vendor certificate of insurance program.
- 8Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
- 9Participate in construction coordination meetings and track project progress.
Requirements6
- 1AA or BA degree required.
- 21+ years as a property manager or in a related role.
- 3Proficiency in Excel, Word, and real estate accounting software like Yardi or MRI.
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 5Excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of multi-tenant office operations.
- 6Familiarity with Kardin and Angus is a plus.
Salary Insight
$75 - $85k per year
