Junior Controller DynamiX
Overview
DynamiX seeks a detail-obsessed Junior Controller to lead financial operations. This role reports directly to the CEO and provides dotted-line support from Alderman Enterprises. What You'll Do12
- 1Own day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger activity including journal entries and reconciliations
- 2Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements for the CEO and Alderman Enterprises
- 3Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
- 4Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- 5Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- 6Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and monitor cash flow
- 7Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis with the CEO and finance team
- 8Ensure GAAP compliance and prepare for annual financial statement review
- 9Maintain organized audit-ready financial records
- 10Build and refine accounting processes as the company scales
- 11Serve as primary point of contact for financial matters
- 12Support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading financial operations
- 3Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 4Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- 5GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting tools
- 6Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- 7Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- 8Commitment to accuracy and proactive problem solving
- 9Experience with cloud-based platforms like Octane™
- 10Willingness to learn from Alderman Enterprises finance team
- 11Growth mindset toward CPA certification
