What You'll Do24

- 3Assess supplier quotations select optimal sources based on cost lead time technical requirements and total value
- 4Negotiate pricing delivery schedules freight terms and service levels with suppliers to support operational and financial objectives
- 5Ensure compliance with purchasing policies quality standards and industry regulations
- 6Review reconcile purchase orders receipts and invoices resolving discrepancies through supplier and internal coordination
- 7Maintain oversight of orders amendments shipping notices and procurement documentation for accuracy and audit readiness
- 8Utilize internal and customer procurement portals to manage purchase orders reporting and supplier communication
- 9Analyze inventory records and consumption trends determine material sufficiency and anticipate future requirements
- 10Develop recommendations for replenishment strategies safety stock levels and material flow improvements
- 11Coordinate cost-effective distribution methods optimize logistics minimize downtime and partner with planning sales and service teams
- 12Source materials for prototype builds and technology evaluations collaborate with engineering and new product development teams
- 13Serve as primary point of contact for supplier communication performance management and issue resolution
- 14Lead periodic cost-reduction discussions negotiate annual pricing adjustments resolve delivery delays quality issues and cost variances
- 15Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers to support long-term collaboration and operational reliability
- 16Collaborate with engineering operations planning finance sales and service teams to align procurement decisions with business needs
- 17Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on purchasing best practices supplier capabilities and material availability
- 18Coordinate with accounting ensure timely processing of inventory payables and resolution of financial discrepancies
- 19Maintain accurate procurement records vendor profiles and material data within ERP/MRP systems
- 20Prepare reports cost analyses and performance summaries for management review
- 21Organize information in various formats Excel models charts diagrams and presentations to support decision-making
- 22Participate in internal audits compliance reviews and continuous improvement projects
- 23Provide backup support to team members during absences or peak workload periods
- 24Perform additional duties special assignments or projects as requested by management
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in semiconductor supply chain management
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification acceptable
- 5AWS Certified cloud services knowledge beneficial
