What You'll Do9

  • 1Conduct on-site IXR applications training for the Trinias system after turnover, following hospital credentialing processes.
  • 2Manage the training schedule for the IXR backlog, coordinating follow-up sessions with customers.
  • 3Develop clinical application tech tips and learning collateral for the IXR product line.
  • 4Establish and maintain reference sites, traveling to provide training and support.
  • 5Support installed base customers via email, phone, and remote online connections.
  • 6Assist sales specialists in training the sales channel on IXR product applications.
  • 7Help create and maintain IXR sales tools, participating in the sales process with presentations and customer meetings.
  • 8Stay current on competitive products and market trends, contributing to strategic product planning.
  • 9Participate in trade shows and periodic Shimadzu product training sessions.

Requirements8

  • 1Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • 25-10 years in Radiology, Radiography, and Fluoroscopy clinical environments.
  • 3Valid R.T. License and current U.S. Passport.
  • 4Excellent written and oral skills, plus strong interpersonal abilities.
  • 5PC and laptop proficiency, including remote support tools.
  • 6Willingness to travel 80-90% across the U.S., with possible international trips.
  • 7Physical capability to handle the demands of hospital environments and travel.
  • 8English fluency required.
