What You'll Do21
- 1Coordinate and support on-site installations with NRCs and Surgical Synergy teams
- 2Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures providing technical assistance
- 3Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance
- 4Perform software and hardware upgrades and preventative maintenance
- 5Provide telephone clinical support and use UNIX/LINUX commands for operating file modifications
- 6Fulfill software and service contract obligations
- 7Act as primary liaison for repair and technical support issues
- 8File weekly site visit and customer contact reports for service improvement
- 9Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters
- 10Update customers on tips and shortcuts and suggest improvements
- 11Participate in in-house sponsored customer training at designated sites
- 12Train hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
- 13Collaborate with NRCs Spinal Sales and NS Reps to identify new users for Navigation and Robotics
- 14Attend sales meetings training programs conventions and trade shows
- 15Submit reports and provide information as directed
- 16Support complex new image-guided products and applications to physicians and hospital staff
- 17Work with Surgical Synergy Region Manager and CSM to prioritize customer technical support
- 18Provide input on new product development based on field experience
- 19Document at new or existing installations
- 20Adhere to company policies and conduct business ethically
- 21Drive adoption of AIble platform to enhance precision and outcomes globally
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 6 years clinical medical sales or imaging navigation robotics experience
- 2Associate’s Degree with 4 years relevant experience or Bachelor’s with 2 years relevant experience
- 3RT and/or MRI certification
- 4Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
- 5Prior experience with MRI operating rooms
- 6Ability to lift 40 pounds and wear a 7-9 lb protective lead apron
- 7Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
- 8Physical stamina including sitting standing walking 8+ hours daily and bending/stoping frequently
- 9High school diploma or GED
- 10Knowledge of healthcare universal precautions and radiation safety
- 11Availability to work weekends evenings nights and overnight travel within district
