Overview
Drive revenue for Medtronic Surgical Technologies across a defined territory. Sell capital and disposable products to hospitals physicians and clinicians. This is a field based role requiring mobility and vehicle use.
What You'll Do10
- 1Conduct face to face sales calls demonstrating Medtronic Surgical Technologies products
- 2Execute Sales Action Plans to meet quotas
- 3Plan and strategize sales calls across hospital departments outpatient surgery centers and doctor offices
- 4Attend meetings and courses both inside and outside the territory
- 5Provide clinical support and service for product-related inquiries
- 6Maintain company owned property and inventory
- 7Report competitive activity to Region Manager
- 8Perform other duties as assigned
- 9Comply with Medtronic Surgical Technologies Quality System
- 10Build relationships with key purchase influencers in the sales territory
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 8 years of relevant sales clinical or medical device experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
- 3Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
- 4Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- 5Physical stamina for independent mobility and standing walking
- 6Strong communication skills interacting with computers and peers
- 7Local candidate preferred with Medtronic experience
- 8Preference for applicants with bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience
