Overview
The Clinical Applications Specialist for Monitoring Solutions leads education and training initiatives for clinical end users across the product portfolio. This role drives evidence based practice and enhances customer experience through outcome focused learning. You will partner with sales and account management to deliver training aligned with sales agreements. Success is measured by high Net Promoter Scores and revenue growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop product clinical knowledge and deliver training to clinicians
- 2Correlate theory with clinical application to maximize equipment performance
- 3Provide pre sale evaluations and educational sessions to prospects
- 4Design and execute clinical training programs in person and remotely
- 5Collaborate with account management to align training with SOAs
- 6Produce documentation for training cycles and maintain compliance records
- 7Offer ongoing post installation support and address technical issues
- 8Manage T&L budgets and travel logistics across US and Canada
- 9Submit expense reports and maintain accurate financial documentation
- 10Perform background investigations and meet vendor credentialing standards
- 11Communicate product insights to leadership and cross functional teams
Requirements10
- 1Active RN license with 2-3 years ICU patient care experience
- 2Ability to travel 90% of time within US and Canada
- 3Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 4Proficiency with Office applications and digital learning platforms
- 5Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient centered care
- 6Willingness to undergo background and drug screening processes
- 7Residence in Greater Boston area required
- 8Demonstrated ability to pass credentialing verification steps
- 9Commitment to maintaining current immunizations and health screenings
- 10Experience with specialized healthcare software training
