Overview
The IT Systems Engineer at SpectronRx will own and enhance the technology landscape supporting rapid growth. This role drives scaling initiatives and manages core infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that empower scientific operations.
What You'll Do15
- 1Manage Microsoft 365 SharePoint Ubiquiti switches AP’s VPN printers and other endpoints
- 2Resolve break/fix incidents at South Bend facility
- 3Support scientific equipment and software integration
- 4Implement enterprise IT best practices
- 5Deploy scalable technology to fuel company expansion
- 6Conduct backup and recovery testing for critical systems
- 7Analyze business needs and recommend innovative technology solutions
- 8Upgrade systems with external providers
- 9Standardize technologies and processes with team members
- 10Work with vendors to track hardware software updates and security patches
- 11Maintain infrastructure documentation and configuration standards
- 12Diagnose complex configuration issues across multi-vendor environments
- 13Provide operational escalation support for critical business systems
- 14Perform proactive health monitoring of key technologies
- 15Travel less than 10 percent to Indianapolis or Bunker Hill facilities
