Overview
Senior IT Engineer leads EIT Zollner’s Information Technology and Information Systems. Owns oversight and direction of all IT aspects. Delivers systems and applications for internal and customer use. Drives technology strategy and execution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee, administer and maintain critical company computers servers ERP communication networks and other information systems
- 2Ensure data and network integrity backup and security including CMMC knowledge while collaborating with MSP
- 3Plan and implement systems evaluate hardware software requirements and approve capital planning
- 4Support IT technicians by troubleshooting user and IT challenges
- 5Select server hardware implementing Windows and Linux solutions
- 6Apply basic programming principles
- 7Guide teams through technology adoption and integration
- 8Maintain compliance with evolving security standards
- 9Coordinate lifting and carrying tasks up to forty pounds
- 10Utilize hand and power tools for equipment setup
- 11Monitor and address changing security requirements
Requirements10
- 1Minimum two year college degree in Computer Science IT Computer or Electrical Engineering
- 2Minimum ten years experience in IT/IS
- 3Broad network systems administration development and database skills
- 4Epicor proficiency preferred
- 5Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- 6Physical capability to lift forty pounds
- 7Knowledge of electricity and electronics concepts
- 8Understanding of ISO processes
- 9Experience with CMMC frameworks
- 10Familiarity with VoIP POTS Fax Email Video platforms
