IT Project Manager Scrum Master
Overview
You will lead cross-functional delivery teams in Scrum and Agile practices to ship IT products that meet business objectives. Working with Azure DevOps, you will plan, execute, and deliver solutions at scale. You will mentor other Scrum Masters and drive continuous improvement across teams. This 12-to-15-month onsite assignment in San Diego offers the chance to shape enterprise technology delivery.
What You'll Do10
- 1Ensure teams follow Scrum and Agile guidelines to achieve business goals
- 2Facilitate team estimation and planning in Azure DevOps with no supervision
- 3Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions
- 4Mentor Scrum Masters in Agile methodology and best practices
- 5Collaborate with architects to define scope, goals, and deliverables
- 6Translate business requirements into a comprehensive product backlog
- 7Develop estimates, schedules, and budgets based on best practices
- 8Manage delivery plans and mitigate capacity risks
- 9Lead sprint reviews with stakeholders and product owners
- 10Build support models and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Requirements9
- 15+ years of Agile and Scrum experience
- 28+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience
- 3Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
- 4Experience managing 3+ teams simultaneously
- 5Excellent knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and scaled Agile practices
- 6Expertise in the software development lifecycle from requirements to support
- 7Experience mentoring other Scrum Masters
- 8Proficiency with Azure DevOps and similar tools
- 9Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
