Scrum Master, Agile & Cross-Functional Teams
Overview
You will own the scrum process for geographically dispersed teams delivering product quality and predictable project outcomes. You will drive cross-functional coordination, release management, and test case management in a hybrid environment. This role demands 5+ years of Agile expertise and a track record of coaching teams to high performance.
What You'll Do7
- 1Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for dispersed teams.
- 2Remove impediments and shield the team from external interruptions to maintain velocity and focus.
- 3Coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum principles to foster continuous improvement.
- 4Coordinate release management with stakeholders to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
- 5Manage test case management and requirements traceability across cross-functional teams.
- 6Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown) to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- 7Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and ensure clarity on priorities.
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- 2CSM or PSM certification required.
- 3Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams using Jira or similar tools.
- 4Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- 5Experience with release management and test case management in a hybrid setting.
Salary Insight
$67 - $87k per year
