IT Engineer, AI Development & Microsoft Solutions
Overview
You will deliver Help Desk and remote support for Microsoft solutions across the SMB market. You will own troubleshooting for Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments, both cloud and hybrid. Your team of 5 engineers supports 200+ client networks and systems. You will also create AI agents to enhance client operations, setting this role apart from traditional IT support positions.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver Help Desk and remote support for Microsoft solutions including Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server 2008-2022.
- 2Troubleshoot Windows operating systems (7 Pro, Win 10, Win 11) and on-premises, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
- 3Communicate status of assigned calls through our systems and email daily.
- 4Provide remote services to support client networks and systems.
- 5Seek out new technology options to creatively support clients and interface with partners for sales and support.
- 6Participate in company meetings and internal training program.
- 7Maintain administrative excellence by updating company records, documenting client networks, providing follow-up services, detailing work performed, and obtaining client sign-off.
- 8Provide field support for our client base, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
- 9Use AI tools to perform tasks and create AI agents for clients.
Requirements12
- 11-2 years of experience interfacing with clients' networks and systems.
- 2College degree preferred, a plus.
- 3Passion for new technology and creative thinking.
- 4Excellent customer service skills and confidence explaining technology to business clients.
- 5Positive attitude towards hard work and commitment to clients.
- 6Certifications from Microsoft and other leading manufacturers a plus.
- 7Microsoft Office 365 understanding and support skills.
- 8Familiarity with computing, networking, and storage systems.
- 9VoIP understanding and support skills a plus.
- 10Experience identifying and cleaning virus attacks, such as Ransomware.
- 11Familiarity with remote support tools and understanding of connecting to client systems for troubleshooting.
- 12Understanding of AI from Microsoft, Google, and Anthropic.
Salary Insight
$85 - $100k per year
