What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion in government environments
- 2Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders and clients
- 3Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations and monitor progress throughout the lifecycle
- 4Serve as primary liaison between client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- 5Oversee requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design to address client needs
- 6Conduct fact-finding and data analysis to support strategic decisions and recommendations
- 7Review and validate technical deliverables for quality and contractual compliance
- 8Manage risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution to maintain project stability
- 9Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to executives and stakeholders
- 10Mentor junior consultants and technical staff to promote growth and delivery excellence
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 2Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or technical delivery leadership
- 3Proven experience managing medium-to-large-scale IT projects in government or enterprise environments
- 4Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- 5Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 6Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- 7Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- 8On-site work at Pentagon location and full-time employment
- 9Clearable to Secret level security clearance
