Solutions Delivery Manager
Overview
Lead delivery across complex technology initiatives for federal clients. Oversee end-to-end program execution and coordinate technical and functional teams. Ensure alignment between client objectives and delivered solutions while operating beyond project task tracking.
What You'll Do5
- 1Program Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams aligning with client objectives timelines and contract requirements
- 2Client Leadership: Serve as primary stakeholder interface present progress and guide decision-making
- 3Delivery Management: Coordinate technical and functional teams identify risks remove blockers and drive resolution
- 4Technical Engagement: Understand system architecture collaborate with technical leads and translate between teams
- 5Decision & Risk Management: Anticipate challenges escalate appropriately and make informed decisions to keep delivery moving
Requirements7
- 18+ years of experience in program management supporting technology-driven initiatives
- 2Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams
- 3Experience working closely with engineering teams to understand technical concepts and constraints
- 4Strong client-facing experience leading meetings presenting updates and driving decisions
- 5Ability to manage priorities risks and dependencies in fast-paced environments
- 6U.S. citizen capable of passing background investigation
- 7DHS clearance with CBP/ICE or DoD Top-Secret preferred

$145 - $170k per year
