Overview

Program Manager for large federal modernization initiatives overseeing enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity modernization at scale. You will manage schedules, budgets, and performance across complex task orders and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure mission success. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure DoD policy and RMF/DoD 8140/8570 compliance, and drive program health and timely delivery. You will operate in a collaborative, consultative environment focused on mission outcomes.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build Integrated Master Schedules and risk plans for large task orders involving enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and network modernization
  • 2Drive coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to ensure alignment across program areas
  • 3Maintain IMS, risk and issue management plans, staffing plans, and program metrics to monitor health
  • 4Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and documentation per program management standards
  • 5Coordinate horizontal integration across technical teams to ensure interoperability of systems and applications
  • 6Lead technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and in-progress reviews to resolve issues
  • 7Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contract deliverables and SLAs
  • 8Identify and mitigate risks and drive timely issue resolution to protect program outcomes
  • 9Support resource planning, budget management, and cost control using Earned Value Management principles
  • 10Ensure compliance with DoD policies, RMF, and cybersecurity frameworks throughout the lifecycle

Requirements10

  • 1BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline
  • 2PMP certification required
  • 3PgMP or ITIL preferred
  • 4At least 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale federal programs or IT modernization initiatives
  • 5Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, program lifecycle management, and cybersecurity compliance frameworks
  • 6Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, secure environments
  • 7Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 8Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • 9Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • 10Active DoD Secret clearance
