What You'll Do5
- 1Build program plans and schedules for multi-year technical initiatives and drive on-time delivery
- 2Design and implement governance, risk, and issue management across complex programs to maintain trajectory
- 3Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and operations to achieve program milestones
- 4Coordinate with senior stakeholders to report status, risks, and mitigations and secure approvals
- 5Own artifact quality, metrics, and communications to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements5
- 19+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
- 2Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- 4Strong experience managing complex technical programs
- 5Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
