Program Analyst, Technical Assessments & Senior Advisor Support
Overview
Program Analysts will support technical assessments and collaborate with Senior Technical Advisors in Arlington, VA on contract. They will contribute to projects with a focus on policy, government administration, and engineering related work. This role offers exposure to high level technical evaluation and cross team coordination at a federal contractor. You will work onsite and support a fast paced team delivering on critical assessments.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build technical assessment plans and evaluations in collaboration with Senior Technical Advisors
- 2Design and document assessment processes and criteria to support program goals
- 3Own data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive actionable insights
- 4Ship findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- 5Scale assessment methodologies across multiple projects and teams
- 6Lead cross functional coordination with policy, engineering, and security stakeholders
- 7Drive quality and compliance in line with security clearance requirements
- 8Debug and troubleshoot issues in data and process flows
- 9Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
Requirements5
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 2bachelors degree in a related field
- 3masters degree is a plus
- 4active secret security clearance
- 5strong communication and documentation skills
