Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Delivery Operations
Overview
Own large scale infrastructure delivery programs across planning to production readiness for hyperscale AI campuses. Lead cross functional execution across engineering, construction, hardware deployment, networking, and operations at global scale. Communicate program health and risks to executives and partner organizations. Bring structure to highly technical, multi year programs and scale delivery across multiple campuses.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead cross functional execution for infrastructure delivery programs from planning through operational handoff
- 2Build and maintain integrated program plans spanning engineering, construction, hardware deployment, networking, commissioning, and operations
- 3Identify schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery
- 4Develop executive level reporting mechanisms that communicate program health, milestones, risks, mitigations, and critical decisions
- 5Coordinate across Hardware Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware Operations, Capacity Delivery, Security, Finance, Supply Chain, and external infrastructure partners
- 6Drive operational readiness reviews before infrastructure enters production
- 7Build standardized delivery processes, governance models, and operating cadences that scale across multiple global infrastructure programs
- 8Manage cross functional action tracking, decision logs, risk registers, and executive escalations
- 9Establish program metrics and KPIs that improve predictability, transparency, and execution quality
- 10Partner with leadership to continuously improve delivery methodologies as our infrastructure portfolio grows
Requirements8
- 18+ years leading complex technical programs or infrastructure delivery initiatives
- 2Experience managing large cross functional programs involving multiple engineering organizations
- 3Strong understanding of program management methodologies, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- 4Experience working with executive stakeholders and communicating program status at multiple organizational levels
- 5Proven ability to drive execution across organizations without direct reporting authority
- 6Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reviews, and operational mechanisms
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to manage multiple concurrent high priority programs
Salary Insight
$185 - $285k per year
