Inventory Control Auditor at Veridos America
Overview
You'll own the audit trail for all card materials across production and storage in our secure Bolingbrook facility, ensuring full traceability from raw input to finished product. You'll work with PCI standards and internal controls to verify quantities, document spoilage, and enforce compliance. Your work directly protects Veridos' global identity solutions, which are trusted in 100+ countries. This 1st shift role (Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm) offers a chance to join a multicultural team backed by Giesecke+Devrient and Bundesdruckerei.
What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain detailed audit records for card materials throughout production and storage, ensuring full traceability at each step.
- 2Verify quantities of materials entering and exiting each department during every manufacturing phase.
- 3Track and document all spoiled, rejected, and setup materials, including their destruction, per secure handling procedures.
- 4Ensure inventory accuracy for completed card products awaiting shipment.
- 5Enforce compliance with internal audit procedures and PCI standards where applicable.
- 6Collaborate with the Supervisor to uphold audit process integrity and consistency.
- 7Follow all company safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- 8Uphold product quality standards aligned with customer and regulatory expectations.
- 9Complete additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ years in a manufacturing or secure production environment.
- 3Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sequence and verify data.
- 4Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 5Basic math proficiency, including decimal calculations.
- 6Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
- 7Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working near machinery.
- 8Visual acuity correctable to 20/20 and normal color vision.
- 9Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- 10Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to employment.
