What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct physical inventory counts using handheld devices by tag section and category
- 2Verify merchandise and store assets including cash lottery money orders and deposits
- 3Identify and pull out-of-code merchandise price discrepancies or inventory errors
- 4Review audit results and discrepancies with Store Management District Managers and Audit Supervisor
- 5Perform compliance surveys per operational and financial procedures
- 6Ensure safe work practices per company rules and regulations
- 7Communicate professionally with store personnel and audit team
- 8Work independently in a fast-paced environment completing multi-task assignments
- 9Complete and submit all audit documentation accurately and timely
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Minimum of 1 year inventory auditing or retail experience in a convenience store environment
- 3Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current liability insurance
- 4Proficient with handheld scanning technology and strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel Outlook and inventory management systems such as PDI
- 5Strong attention to detail accurate communication skills ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours
