What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct physical store counts using handheld devices to validate merchandise and cash totals
- 2Identify pricing discrepancies and remove out-of-code items immediately
- 3Record all cash transactions including checks food stamps and secure funds
- 4Verify money orders lottery tickets and bank deposits
- 5Perform fuel tank inspections and check for water contamination
- 6Execute compliance surveys across operational and financial processes
- 7Maintain workplace safety through strict adherence to procedures
- 8Provide independent problem-solving with minimal supervision
- 9Handle diverse tasks in a dynamic retail setting
- 10Collaborate with teams to achieve departmental goals
- 11Travel locally when required for inventory assessments
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred with 1 year inventory audit experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and current liability insurance
- 3Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk/stand for extended periods
- 4Strong communication skills for clear reporting to managers
- 5Experience with retail environments and POS systems
- 6Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting principles
- 7Willingness to work nights weekends and holidays
