Overview
Own finished goods inventory accuracy and daily production reporting for Artistree, the custom framing manufacturer behind Michaels Stores. Manage SKU labels, cycle counts, and IMS order shipping while tracking productivity for a high-volume production floor. What You'll Do10
- 1Run cycle counts, print and apply SKU labels, and report discrepancies to the Supervisor
- 2Process and ship orders in IMS, coordinating transportation pickups
- 3Post daily finished goods production records and track productivity
- 4Generate manual work orders for JIT production and maintain production reports
- 5Deliver KPI reports to Supervisor and Manager, filing daily records
- 6Cross-train into other positions and support production teams as needed
- 7Verify inbound and outbound freight paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- 8Audit weekly purchase orders to ensure shipped quantities match SKU numbers
- 9Monitor and correct transaction errors in inventory systems
- 10Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety policies, including proper PPE use
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- 31+ year in a manufacturing environment with inventory management and data entry
- 4Ability to count, match, and compare sequences of numbers
- 5Fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication
- 6Detail-oriented with high accuracy and a sense of urgency
- 7Strong problem-solving skills to analyze issues and develop solutions
- 8Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- 9Ability to walk and stand constantly, lift up to 20 lbs above shoulders, and reach overhead
- 10Comfortable working with high noise levels, moving machinery, and non-climate controlled environments
