You will own label inspection, separation, packaging, and shipping for Vestcom's production facility in Charlotte, NC. You'll maintain quality standards across ERP workflows and ensure every customer order leaves on time and error-free. You'll collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and courier teams to resolve issues and uphold safety protocols. This role offers the stability of Avery Dennison with the energy of a growing team. What You'll Do8

  • 1Inspect, separate, slot, and package label products to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
  • 2Log time and materials in the ERP system, keeping accurate records for every batch.
  • 3Verify shipments against the job schedule, job tickets, and customer special instructions before dispatch.
  • 4Report printing, laminating, or shipping errors to Leads or Supervisors immediately.
  • 5Double-check all outgoing packages for accuracy, catching issues before they reach the customer.
  • 6Coordinate with courier companies and drivers to manage delays, special deliveries, and delivery impacts.
  • 7Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all PPE and safety policies.
  • 8Support overtime shifts and additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or GED required.
  • 21+ years in a production, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
  • 3Ability to stand for 2/3 to full shift and lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • 4Close vision and color vision needed to inspect labels accurately.
  • 5Proficiency with ERP systems and barcode scanners.
  • 6Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • 7Willingness to work day shift, overtime, and occasional shift changes.
  • 8Adherence to drug-free workplace and safety policies.
