Overview

Oneida Technical Solutions seeks an Intermediate Network Engineer with a Secret Clearance to support the U.S. Army NETCOM and RNEC-NCR. The ideal candidate will own network design and maintenance for the RNEC-NCR infrastructure. What You'll Do8

  • 1Design and implement network solutions for the RNEC-NCR infrastructure including ICAN campus area network
  • 2Install and maintain hardware such as routers switches and SANs on a 24-hour on call basis
  • 3Configure DOD Common Access Cards and PKI for user authentication and secure email
  • 4Support NIPRNET internet access and establish secure communications between Fort Belvoir and offsite facilities
  • 5Implement software configuration management and install security patches to protect IA vulnerabilities
  • 6Ensure only authorized personnel access the Fort Belvoir network
  • 7Deploy Government PKI server side certificates and configure SSL for secure data transmission
  • 8Drive network modernization projects for DoD and commercial clients

Requirements5

  • 1Active CCNA Routing and Switching certification with IAT-II Security+CE certification
  • 2Minimum 3 years relevant network engineering experience
  • 3Secret security clearance with ability to obtain IAT-II certification if needed
  • 4Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with government officials
  • 5Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
