Requirements11

  • 1Master’s degree from accredited institution and Commonwealth certification as Principal/Assistant Principal
  • 2At least nine years experience in public education including administrative roles
  • 3Knowledge of curriculum development program evaluation child development and instructional strategies
  • 4Familiarity with Massachusetts Chapter 766 special education and Section 504 regulations
  • 5Ability to design and enforce school-wide disciplinary systems
  • 6Skills in budget management data-driven decision making and staff supervision
  • 7Experience with technology integration and record keeping
  • 8Demonstrated leadership in crisis management and emergency preparedness
  • 9Commitment to continuous professional growth and self-improvement
  • 10Understanding of Massachusetts school law and collective bargaining agreements
