Requirements11

  • 1Minimum two years building administrator experience K-12 preferred
  • 2Master's degree from accredited institution
  • 3Appropriate Oregon administrative license or eligibility
  • 4Experience leading diverse elementary school preferred
  • 5Commitment to equity culturally responsive inclusive practices
  • 6Knowledge MTSS PBIS restorative practices special education trauma-informed
  • 7Strong instructional leadership elementary curriculum assessment
  • 8Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred
  • 9Valid driver's license
