What You'll Do9

  • 1Manage year-long and short-term strategic projects from start to finish, engaging with minimal initial direction and adjusting as needed.
  • 2Supervise Nutrition Team and Front Desk Team staff, leading weekly one-on-one meetings, developing professional growth plans, and overseeing performance management.
  • 3Coordinate all testing and assessments, including MCAS administration and logistics.
  • 4Support transportation for all students, working with vendors to ensure daily routes are reliable and responsive.
  • 5Help the DSO manage the school-wide calendar, field trips, and systems for arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, and late pickup.
  • 6Support budget management by processing receipts, understanding coding processes, and assisting with school credit card reconciliation.
  • 7Lead nutrition compliance: track meal counts, order meals per allergen and compliance standards, complete monthly reimbursements, and maintain ServSafe certification.
  • 8Act as second-in-command for DSO responsibilities, covering front desk as needed and attending DSO trainings to maintain operational continuity.
  • 9Seek and implement feedback from stakeholders, upholding a positive school culture and modeling professionalism at all times.

Requirements10

  • 12+ years of full-time teaching experience (strongly preferred).
  • 2Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3Proficient in Google and Microsoft application suites, including Excel formula experience.

  • 5Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement, creating a warm, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment.
