Overview
Lead campus operations and instructional excellence at the Westampton Campus of Burlington County Special Services School District. You will own the daily administrative oversight of programs and staff, directly supporting student achievement and a positive school climate. What You'll Do7
- 1Assist the Principal with campus administration, supervision, and daily operations, ensuring all programs run smoothly.
- 2Support instructional programs and lead teacher evaluations to elevate teaching quality across the school.
- 3Promote a positive school climate by implementing behavioral interventions and fostering collaboration with staff and families.
- 4Manage student discipline, attendance monitoring, and school safety initiatives from day one.
- 5Participate in leadership meetings and drive school improvement efforts with actionable plans.
- 6Supervise assigned staff, programs, and school activities, providing guidance and resources.
- 7Maintain accurate records and complete required reports for compliance and decision-making.
Requirements7
- 1Master's Degree in education or related field
- 2Valid NJDOE Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
- 35+ years of successful teaching experience, preferably in Special Education or behavioral-based settings
- 4Administrative or supervisory experience preferred
- 5Experience working with diverse student populations and families
- 6Experience with behavioral supports and intervention strategies
- 7Autism experience strongly preferred
