- 3Implement accommodations outlined in IEPs 504 Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- 4Collect data on student goals and progress across various instructional settings
- 5Collaborate with educators and specialists to develop and execute intervention strategies
- 6Lead group sessions focusing on behavioral management and social skills development
- 7Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information and staff interactions
- 8Deliver PBIS strategies consistently throughout the school day
- 9Participate in required training and professional development sessions
- 10Support classroom operations during emergencies and safety protocols
- 11Execute administrative tasks as directed by the principal or designee
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience providing educational support services
- 2Certified Educational Assistant credentials preferred
- 33-5 seasons leading specialized programs
- 4Expertise with Individualized Education Programs

- 6Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports frameworks
