Requirements11
- 15+ years experience supporting students with disabilities in public education settings
- 2ABA certification preferred with demonstrated proficiency in behavior analysis
- 3CPC Card credential valued for specialized therapeutic interventions
- 4Relevant bachelor's degree in special education or related field
- 5Strong knowledge of IEP implementation and special education law
- 6Proficiency with assistive communication devices and PECS methodologies
- 7Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple student caseloads
- 8Effective communication abilities for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 9Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the workday
