What You'll Do6
- 1Write and maintain IEPs for each student, setting measurable academic and social goals.

Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2Valid state teaching certificate with special education endorsement.
- 3Autism certification preferred.
- 41+ years experience with children with disabilities through internships, volunteer work, or teaching.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- 6Patience and compassion for students with behavioral or learning challenges.
- 7Creative problem-solving to design individual learning solutions.
- 8Organizational skills to juggle multiple IEPs, assessments, and classroom activities.
