Overview
The Integrity and Compliance Operations Administrator leads oversight of compliance programs within Prince George's County Public Schools. This senior support role promotes transparency and accountability while supporting investigations and policy development. The position requires managing daily operations and acting on behalf of the Integrity and Compliance Officer.
What You'll Do13
- 1Assist the Integrity and Compliance Officer in managing day-to-day operations
- 2Represent the OIC and act on behalf of the Integrity and Compliance Officer
- 3Support development and monitoring of county-wide compliance policies
- 4Conduct internal reviews audits and investigations related to ethics and compliance
- 5Review complaints and assist with determining appropriate next steps
- 6Prepare detailed reports for Prince Georges County leadership
- 7Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping per legal requirements
- 8Provide guidance on compliance issues and best practices
- 9Assist in developing training on ethics and compliance standards
- 10Coordinate with internal departments legal counsel and external agencies
- 11Oversee administrative staff and support daily workflow management
- 12Monitor regulatory changes impacting OIC operations
- 13Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
Requirements11
- 1Masters degree in employment law human resources management or related field
- 2Juris Doctor preferred
- 3Minimum seven years supervisory experience in compliance ethics investigations legal support or government operations
- 4License to practice law preferred
- 5Strong knowledge of Maryland compliance frameworks and regulations
- 6Excellent analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- 7Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- 8Proven leadership experience
- 9Frequent standing talking hearing walking sitting using fingers tools and occasional reaching stooping kneeling crouching crawling
- 10Specific vision abilities include close reading and depth perception
- 11May push or lift up to 25 lbs
