Overview
Lead enterprise integration planning and execution at Brink’s. Establish governance model drive cross-functional execution and ensure synergy milestone and risk management across workstreams. What You'll Do11
- 1Build and scale IMO tools templates dashboards and reporting processes
- 2Translate transaction objectives into executable integration roadmaps with milestones owners and dependencies
- 3Drive business accountability for timely execution against pre-execution planning and synergy targets
- 4Stand up and lead IMO governance structures decision forums and reporting cadence
- 5Facilitate executive-level reviews steering committees and issue resolution sessions
- 6Own action tracking decision logs escalation pathways and integration reporting standards
- 7Identify monitor and proactively escalate key integration risks and interdependencies
- 8Partner with leaders to develop mitigation plans and ensure follow-through on critical issues
- 9Partner directly with senior leaders workstream owners and corporate functions to align priorities and resolve trade-offs
- 10Act as central coordination point across integration workstreams ensure clarity of ownership
- 11Support executive communications and change management planning related to integration activities
Requirements10
- 17–12+ years experience in management consulting integration management transformation corporate strategy or enterprise PMO leadership
- 2Experience leading large cross-functional integration or transformation programs required
- 3M&A integration carve-out outsourcing transition or enterprise operating model change experience strongly preferred
- 4Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- 5Excellent problem solving and structured thinking skills
- 6Ability to lead in fast-paced ambiguous environments with high accountability
- 7High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- 8Background in consulting or similar high-performance environment
- 9Experience building governance reporting and execution infrastructure from the ground up
- 10Proven ability to work directly with executives manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive action across matrixed teams
