Overview
You will own end-to-end data integration operations at Mizuho Americas, ensuring seamless system connectivity and data integrity across critical data flows. Oversee the Central Database and DEAL Integration points for Markets and Service of Records, with 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise platforms. Manage batch workflows, production support, and incident resolution while upholding SLAs across multiple systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and reduce risk.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own end-to-end data integration operations, including batch workflows and pipelines with Tidal/Control-M and Airflow.
- 2Ensure timely, accurate execution of critical business hour integration processes using SQL, SSIS, and Python.
- 3Monitor and uphold SLAs and OLAs across systems of record, including Snowflake and Databricks.
- 4Manage production support, incident resolution, and operational risk for integration processes.
- 5Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and controls using Azure Data Factory and PySpark.
- 6Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and execution discipline.
Requirements7
- 17-10+ years in data integration, operations, and enterprise platforms.
- 2Demonstrated experience with tools: SQL, Oracle/SQL Server, SSIS, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Azure, ADF, Airflow, Tidal/Control-M, Snowflake.
- 3Strong expertise in batch processing, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- 4Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and analytics tools.
- 5Strong operational governance, SLA management, and risk management skills.
- 6Ability to partner effectively with business, operations, and cross-departments.
- 7Finance or Banking experience preferred.
