Overview
Reviva seeks a skilled Mechanical Technician to drive engine remanufacturing excellence in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing setting. You will lead precision disassembly and preparation of diesel engine components while collaborating with a supportive team to maintain high quality standards.
What You'll Do5
- 1Perform full teardowns of complex diesel engines using impact wrenches and air chisels following SOPs
- 2Operate overhead hoists and lifts to transport heavy components ensuring strict safety protocols
- 3Execute meticulous inspections during disassembly to document core component integrity
- 4Partner with technicians to optimize production flow and meet daily output goals
- 5Maintain clean organized work environment complying with 5S and safety regulations
Requirements5
- 11+ year mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
- 2Proficiency with hand and power tools such as impact wrenches drills torque guns
- 3Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift up to 70 lbs
- 4Strong communication skills and a right the first time quality mindset
- 5Preferred experience with diesel engine teardown or assembly
