What You'll Do6

  • 1Assemble, fit, align, and install automotive components and systems for bumper-to-bumper vehicle assembly.
  • 2Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly and fitment issues using technical drawings and build specifications.
  • 3Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and precision measuring equipment to meet strict quality standards.
  • 4Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Quality personnel to drive production efficiency.
  • 5Train and assist junior technicians in assembly techniques and safety protocols.
  • 6Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to OSHA and PPE requirements.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years of automotive assembly, restoration, dealership, or manufacturing experience.
  • 2Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for vehicle assembly and mechanical installation.
  • 3Experience with precision fitting and finishing in automotive contexts.
  • 4Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, work orders, and technical drawings.
  • 5Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialty automotive tools.
  • 6ASE Certification preferred, with experience in restoration or luxury vehicles a plus.
  • 7Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift components safely throughout the shift.
