Own the pre-litigation intake process for high-volume personal injury, rideshare abuse, and mass tort cases at a leading plaintiff-side firm. You will evaluate cases, determine acceptance, and guide intake professionals in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Work with litigation attorneys, marketing, and intake leadership to improve screening guidelines and client communications. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and refine case screening guidelines to improve acceptance decisions for personal injury, rideshare abuse, and mass tort cases
- 2Review intake documents and legal authorizations to ensure accuracy and compliance across high-value matters
- 3Identify legal risks, deadlines, and statutes of limitations to drive timely action
- 4Train intake staff on legal principles, ethics, and applicable statutes of limitations
- 5Monitor intake quality, trends, and outcomes to recommend process improvements
- 6Collaborate with litigation attorneys, marketing, and firm management to align intake with firm strategy
- 7Provide professional, empathetic communication to prospective clients throughout the intake process
Requirements5
- 1Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 2Active U.S. bar license in good standing
- 32+ years of experience in Personal Injury Plaintiff-Side Litigation or Pre-Litigation Mass Torts or Legal Intake
- 4Strong understanding of personal injury law, liability, damages, insurance coverage, and statutes of limitations
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$100 - $125k per year
