What You'll Do11

- 3Handle material loading unloading and transport safely adhering to weight limits
- 4Assemble HVAC components such as ductwork and electrical wiring following specifications
- 5Follow safety protocols wearing PPE and ensuring proper handling of heavy materials
- 6Document work progress measurements and details for project records
- 7Identify and resolve basic technical issues with guidance from senior staff
- 8Maintain tool organization and cleanliness
- 9Participate in training sessions to enhance HVAC skills
- 10Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates
- 11Support daily operations and uphold a safe organized work environment
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with HVAC technical training or certification preferred
- 2Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures
- 3Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- 4Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- 5Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
