What You'll Do9

  • 1Install HVAC equipment including air handler drains, split system piping, and overhead duct hangers under senior technicians.
  • 2Install refrigeration equipment including display case drains, walk-in box drains, overhead hangers, and piping.
  • 3Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks safely and accurately per project specs and codes.
  • 4Escalate safety or quality issues to on-site senior technicians or project managers promptly.
  • 5Maintain clean, organized job sites by storing, disassembling, or removing waste materials.
  • 6Support senior technicians with installation tasks and follow all company and customer policies.
  • 7Operate scissor lifts or forklifts when needed to reach work areas.
  • 8Complete all assigned work with precision, meeting project deadlines.
  • 9Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.

Requirements10

  • 11+ years of experience in construction, refrigeration, or HVAC preferred.
  • 2High school diploma or GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school.
  • 3Ability to operate a scissor lift or forklift preferred.
  • 4Knowledge of jobsite safety rules and safe work practices.
  • 5Ability to use basic hand, power, and layout tools including drills, fuel gas tools, and electrical meters.
  • 6Knowledge of refrigeration valves and regulators.
  • 7Knowledge of electricity basics, voltage, color codes, and electrical safety.
  • 8Ability to work at heights, outdoors in extreme temperatures, and in noisy environments.
  • 9Ability to use Excel, Word, and email for basic documentation and communication.
  • 10Good driving record and ability to be punctual and dependable.
