What You'll Do6
- 1Assist lead technicians with daily installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- 2Transport equipment tools and materials safely to job sites
- 3Prepare job sites by setting up safety equipment staging tools and organizing work areas
- 4Learn ductwork piping and mechanical assembly techniques through field training
- 5Maintain clean and safe job site environments during and after installation
- 6Complete safety training and earn certifications including OSHA Fall Protection and lift operation
Requirements6
- 1Strong willingness to learn mechanical and HVAC installation techniques
- 2Ability to perform physical labor and work onsite in various field environments
- 3Reliable attendance and commitment to team collaboration and safety
- 4High School Diploma or GED
- 5Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in mechanical construction
