HVAC Service and Installation Technician
Overview
We seek a skilled HVAC Service and Installation Technician with at least four years of experience to join our team. You will install maintain repair and troubleshoot various heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. Your expertise ensures top-tier service by diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective solutions promptly. This role offers diverse projects technical skill utilization and contribution to building comfort and efficiency in residential and light commercial environments.
What You'll Do8
- 1Perform installation of HVAC systems
- 2Conduct routine maintenance to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan
- 3Diagnose electrical mechanical and refrigeration issues
- 4Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors thermostats motors electrical wiring pumps valves and control systems
- 5Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform mechanical systems repair efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- 6Provide clear explanations of repairs or installations to clients ensuring satisfaction
- 7Maintain accurate documentation of service activities parts used diagnostics performed and recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades
- 8Comply with all safety regulations including EPA certification requirements for refrigerant handling and proper disposal procedures
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience
- 3EPA certification required for refrigerant handling
- 4Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 55+ years strong construction experience combined with hands-on service technician expertise
- 6Mechanical knowledge across HVAC system repairs installation refrigeration and boiler operation
- 7Ability to operate hand tools effectively while maintaining safety standards
- 8Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations
- 9Professional customer service skills
