Overview
ProStaff Solutions seeks Inspection & Packaging Technician for leading pharmaceutical company in Billerica MA. Candidate will visually inspect label package radiopharmaceuticals and parenteral drugs. Responsibilities include cleaning labeling assembly compliance with safety policies maintain records and follow SOPs cGMPs. Role offers full‑time onsite contract pay $25/hr shifts 1st 6am‑2:30pm 2nd 1:30pm‑10pm. Requires high school diploma biotechnology certificate optional 3+ years experience familiarity with SOPs Master Batch Records and cGMPs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in visually inspecting labeling and packaging of liquids suspensions and lyophilized products
- 2Clean label packaging assembly operations
- 3Comply with personal and job area safety policies
- 4Maintain manufacturing records and complete required documentation
- 5Report variances or deviations to department management
- 6Stock materials used by the department
- 7Operate semi‑automatic inspection machine vial label applicator and box imprinting machines
- 8Follow Standard Operating Procedures Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices
- 9Assist in training operations
- 10Perform visually inspection of small print/printed labels
- 11Identify small particles in liquid and lyophilized pharmaceutical products
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Biotechnology certificate preferred or equivalent experience
- 3Minimum 3 years related experience
- 4Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices
- 5Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- 6Visual inspection skills for pharmaceutical products
- 7Basic math and computer skills
- 8Ability to read write and follow written verbal instructions in English
- 9Independent or teamwork orientation
- 10Experience with cGMP regulations
