Overview
Own the visual inspection and labeling of finished sterile compounds at Leiters Health, ensuring label reconciliation and document accuracy for every batch. Lead a team of associates on the 3rd shift (11:30p-8:00a), coordinating daily staffing and driving line clearances. Collaborate with supervisors to meet batch release dates and resolve discrepancies with QA. 5+ years in aseptic processing or 1+ year in a lead role with cGMP expertise. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead line and area clearances for visual inspection and labeling, ensuring zero cross-contamination.
- 2Review batch records during and after inspection to verify completeness and correct product identification.
- 3Supervise a team of associates, providing real-time direction and training to meet shift goals.
- 4Collaborate with supervisors to align inspection schedules and meet batch release deadlines.
- 5Track production efficiency, downtime, and waste, then drive improvement initiatives.
- 6Write investigations and CAPA actions for non-conformances, working with QA to resolve variances quickly.
- 7Maintain batch and label inventory, adjusting daily staffing to match workload.
- 8Conduct problem-solving sessions to eliminate recurring labeling or inspection errors.
Requirements8
- 11+ year leadership experience or comparable supervisory role.
- 21+ year in aseptic processing with cGMP knowledge.
- 3Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Excel.
- 5Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- 6Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 7Pass eye exam for 20/20 near vision and color perception.
- 8Maintain gowning qualification for cleanroom entry.
